Services offered by NsTEP Life Care include:

Developing life care plans.
Life care plan analysis for cost mitigation.
Consultation for recommendations on future physical therapy or other rehabilitation needs.
Rehabilitation claims review for insurance, worker's comp or managed care services.

In addition, NsTEP can provide a medical cost projection. This is a brief summary of care needs and estimated costs. Whereas the life care plan is comprehensive and detailed, this service is typically focused on one aspect of future care, such as surgical procedures, attendant care, institutional care, etc. The medical cost projection may be appropriate when there is a need for an independent estimate for some aspect of care.

In order to begin the life care planning process, we will need the following:

Signed medical release form.
All medical records and other reports related to the injury or illness.
Client contact information, including name, address, and phone number.
A signed copy of our service contract.
The due date for the life care plan.
